Overview
This website is operated by Liamsourcing. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Liamsourcing. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms together with our Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Who May Order
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or resell them as your own brand without our written agreement.
Orders & Acceptance
Every order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where stock has run out, where the order looks fraudulent or abusive, or where a price or description was published in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Quantities can be limited per customer or per order. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description; in that case we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at the wrong price. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively or combined unless stated.
Product Descriptions & Images
We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours, shades, sizes and patterns can vary slightly between screens and between production batches — especially on surprise, blind-box and handmade items, where the exact design you receive may differ from the photograph. Small variations of this kind are normal and are not considered a defect.
Safety & Intended Use
Many of our items are novelty and creative products. Unless the listing states otherwise, they are not suitable for children under 3 years old, as they may contain small parts that present a choking hazard, and children should use them under adult supervision. Drinkware and DIY kits must be used as described in the listing. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification, or use contrary to a listing's instructions.
Payment & Fraud Prevention
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Orders may be screened for fraud risk and we may ask for verification before dispatch. Abusive behaviour — such as repeated unfounded claims, returns of used goods, or chargebacks filed without contacting us first — may result in future orders being refused.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control, or for any loss arising from misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer law that applies to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photography, graphics and layout — belongs to Liamsourcing or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
